Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include planning and executing NAND qualification, analyzing failures and test data, and coordinating corrective actions across functions.

• Define and maintain NAND qualification plans and criteria.
• Facilitate and manage qualification activities across test, fab, and product teams.
• Analyze qualification test data and perform risk assessments at decision points in the qualification cycle.
• Perform electrical failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and mechanisms; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to assess new reliability issues and customer risk impact.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, and root-cause analysis.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
