Staff Engineer (DTPG DOS STRAT Alignment)

Role Summary

Lead cross-DRAM alignment efforts to propagate validation, product development, and business-process lessons across multiple DRAM technologies and portfolios. Partner with DRAM technology pillars, manufacturing DFT/Test Development, and Silicon Strategy & Alignment to prioritize and implement Best-Known Methods (BKMs) across product lines.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include coordination, analysis, documentation, and dissemination of cross-technology learnings and alignment activities.

• Drive collection and analysis of cross-technology data to enable fanning-in and fanning-out of BKMs.
• Prioritize propagation of validation and product-development lessons across DRAM pillars (Compute, Mobile, Graphics, HBM).
• Coordinate implementation of cross-technology alignment with manufacturing DFT/Test Development teams.
• Collaborate with Silicon Strategy & Alignment on design-based alignment opportunities.
• Consolidate and document alignment activities and broadcast changes on a regular cadence.
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of process and test improvements across sites.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience for the role.

• Python programming and scripting
• Linux/Unix operating systems
• VLSI design knowledge and familiarity with EDA tools
• Data analysis skills
• Design for Test (DFT) experience

Education Requirements

Employer will accept a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Product Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
