Role Summary
Member of the Design Verification Infrastructure team responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining the Verification Platform and reusable testbench components used across SiFive.
Work focuses on developing VIPs, AIPs, Chisel/Scala-based verification libraries, and SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches to support verification and validation at scale.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining the verification platform and delivering reusable verification components.
- Architect and maintain a scalable Verification Platform for design verification and validation activities.
- Develop verification libraries and test harnesses in Scala/Chisel, including stimulus generators and scoreboards.
- Implement VIPs, AIPs, and testbench components using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Create test plans and testbenches to verify and release testbench components with high quality.
- Educate and advise verification teams on best practices for using the Verification Platform.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- Design verification experience with SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Experience designing and verifying VIPs, AIPs, and other testbench components.
- Understanding of modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to collaborate with verification teams to integrate reusable components into existing flows.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Chisel, Scala, and/or Python.
- Familiarity with EDA tools and verification flows, and with DevOps/CI/CD practices.
