The primary focus is on building reusable simulation assets, defining simulation standards, and delivering simulation-driven insights to inform product and system design.

Experience Level

Senior-level (Staff). The posting is for an experienced engineer; no specific years-of-experience requirement is stated.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities for this role include leading simulation development, scaling simulation collateral, and providing technical leadership.

  • Lead development of high-quality signal chain and product-level simulations aligned to focus applications and system contexts.
  • Define and maintain simulation standards, test benches, documentation, and reusable templates.
  • Partner with product, modeling, and LTspice teams to shape simulation requirements early in the product lifecycle.
  • Drive simulation-based insights and design recommendations to enable scalable, high-impact customer engagement.
  • Support and scale simulation-based collateral such as reference circuits, signal chain demonstrations, and system examples.
  • Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute simulation expertise to training content, internal enablement, and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

Must-have skills and attributes:

  • Proficiency with SPICE / LTspice and advanced analog simulation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of precision signal chain components: ADCs, amplifiers, references, sensors, and power.
  • Experience developing simulation test benches and validating system-level behavior.
  • Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous technical problems and provide technical leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate simulation results into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice-to-have:
