Role Summary
Join the Precision Signal Chain (PSC) organization to develop and scale product- and system-level simulations that accelerate customer design-in and support go-to-market collateral. The role supports PSC Systems Applications & Go-to-Market and is based in Milan, Cork, Limerick, or Valencia.
The primary focus is on building reusable simulation assets, defining simulation standards, and delivering simulation-driven insights to inform product and system design.

Responsibilities
Accountabilities for this role include leading simulation development, scaling simulation collateral, and providing technical leadership.
- Lead development of high-quality signal chain and product-level simulations aligned to focus applications and system contexts.
- Define and maintain simulation standards, test benches, documentation, and reusable templates.
- Partner with product, modeling, and LTspice teams to shape simulation requirements early in the product lifecycle.
- Drive simulation-based insights and design recommendations to enable scalable, high-impact customer engagement.
- Support and scale simulation-based collateral such as reference circuits, signal chain demonstrations, and system examples.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute simulation expertise to training content, internal enablement, and customer-facing materials.
Requirements
Must-have skills and attributes:
- Proficiency with SPICE / LTspice and advanced analog simulation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of precision signal chain components: ADCs, amplifiers, references, sensors, and power.
- Experience developing simulation test benches and validating system-level behavior.
- Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous technical problems and provide technical leadership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate simulation results into actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with product-level modeling or simulation.
- Exposure to industrial, healthcare, data center, or energy application domains.
- Experience defining or enforcing simulation standards at a team or organizational level.
