Staff AI/ML Technical Program Engineer
Role Summary
Drive execution of AI/ML initiatives across storage product development teams. Coordinate projects from planning through deployment, align stakeholders on priorities and milestones, and remove cross-team blockers to deliver production-ready AI/ML capabilities.

Responsibilities
The role combines program leadership, technical collaboration, and executive communication to advance AI/ML across product development.
- Lead AI/ML initiatives from requirements through deployment across product development teams.
- Manage project milestones, deployment readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go decisions.
- Coordinate multi-functional teams, resolve blockers, and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Track portfolio progress and align initiatives with business priorities to identify high-value opportunities.
- Prepare executive presentations, portfolio updates, and status communications.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across engineering, firmware, validation, and data science teams.
Requirements
Must-have technical program and product delivery experience; education details are in the Education Requirements section below.
- 5+ years experience in SSD product development, validation, firmware, semiconductor products, or related technical environments.
- Proven experience managing technical programs, project schedules, issue tracking, and multi-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to deployment milestones and present technical status to leadership.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, functions, and geographic regions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create executive-level presentations.
- Nice-to-have: experience with AI/ML deployment workflows, agentic systems, MCP-based architectures, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of storage systems, validation processes, firmware development, and product development workflows.
Education Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
