Role Summary
Join Qorvo's test engineering team to develop and execute DC parametric wafer-probe tests for FET devices. Work with design, process, and manufacturing teams to deliver accurate parametric data and support device characterization and production test development.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include wafer probing, test development, data analysis, equipment operation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain DC parametric test programs for FET wafer probing.
- Operate and troubleshoot wafer probers and DC parametric test equipment.
- Collaborate with FET device design and process engineers to define test requirements and ensure coverage.
- Analyze parametric test data to identify device performance trends, yield issues, and process variation.
- Support wafer probe station setup, calibration, and maintenance focused on FET devices.
- Document test procedures and characterization results; provide technical reports to project teams.
- Participate in cross-functional design and test reviews to improve test methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards in test operations.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience for the role.
- Hands-on experience with DC parametric test equipment and wafer probing systems, specifically for FET characterization.
- Strong understanding of DC electrical characterization and measurement techniques.
- Experience developing test programs and using data analysis tools for parametric test data.
- Ability to troubleshoot test equipment and wafer probers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with automated wafer probers and parametric test automation for FETs, capacitors, resistors, and diodes.
- Experience programming in C, C++, or C#.
- Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire).
- Knowledge of test yield analysis and statistical process control.
- Semiconductor manufacturing environment experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required.
