Role Summary
Work on design and development of next-generation memory products (DRAM, NAND, HBM, SSD) and related SoC/ASICs within Micron India engineering teams (Design Technology & Product Group, Technology Development, NVEG, SSD Engineering, HBM). The role coordinates architecture, circuit design, physical implementation, verification, characterization, and product engineering to move designs into production.
Contribute to high-performance memory solutions for AI, high-performance computing, cloud, and client applications.

Responsibilities
The role's key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop analog/digital circuits, memory IP, and SoC/ASIC components for DRAM, NAND, HBM, and SSD controllers.
- Lead architecture, circuit design, layout, verification, characterization, and product engineering activities to deliver silicon-ready designs.
- Collaborate with process, yield, and technology development teams to enable scaling and high-volume manufacturing.
- Implement and optimize physical design and CAD flows; coordinate with firmware and verification teams.
- Drive high-speed memory interface and HBM-related design work for AI and data-center use cases.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Support validation, reliability testing, and transition of designs into production.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in memory product or SSD/SoC/ASIC design (DRAM, NAND, HBM, or storage controllers).
- Strong background in circuit design, verification, physical design, characterization, and CAD tool usage.
- Experience with ASIC/SoC implementation flows and cross-functional collaboration with firmware, product, and process teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and communicate effectively across global teams.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with high-bandwidth memory (HBM), high-speed interfaces, yield engineering, or process technology development.
