- 12+ years of analog IC design experience in the semiconductor industry; proven technical lead on chip projects.
- Deep understanding of CMOS/BiCMOS analog circuit design practices and strong mixed-signal design experience.
- Expert proficiency with Cadence design environment, simulation, and verification tools.
- Expertise in device modeling and mixed-signal simulation (Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog).
- Knowledge of DFM, reliability, yield optimization, and production qualification.
- Solid understanding of parasitics, matching, ESD, latch-up, crosstalk, and IR drop in mixed-signal designs.
- Analog block and full-chip schematic design, process corner analysis, and post-layout simulation experience.
- Block-level verification and layout checks including LVS/DRC/PEX; familiarity with chip top-level verification.
- Experience translating MEMS models into equivalent circuits and documenting design/characterization results and DFMEA.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have:
- Postgraduate degree (MSc or PhD) in a relevant field.
- Experience with mixed-signal lab validation techniques and equipment.
- Experience translating haptic actuator models into equivalent circuits.
- Familiarity with high-voltage and high-current ASIC design.
- Production experience and top-level chip verification considered a plus.
