Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute verification plans for memory interface IP (HBM/DDR/LPDDR).
- Develop UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches, drivers, monitors, scoreboards, and reference models.
- Create protocol compliance, functional, stress, and corner-case tests; drive coverage closure.
- Implement assertions and functional coverage to verify protocol and timing behavior.
- Debug RTL and integration issues using simulation, waveform analysis, and trace tools.
- Automate regression runs and integrate verification flow with CI systems and emulation where applicable.
- Coordinate with architects and RTL teams to communicate findings and verify fixes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design/verification reviews and documentation.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred skills:
- Must-have: Strong experience in digital verification of memory interfaces (HBM, DDR, LPDDR).
- Must-have: Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM-based testbench development.
- Must-have: Hands-on experience with assertion-based verification and coverage-driven methodologies.
- Must-have: Strong debugging skills with simulators and familiarity with emulation/FPGA prototyping workflows.
