Sr Product Testing Engineer
Role Summary
This role works across product, test, assembly and quality teams to improve yield, reduce test cost, and ensure device quality and manufacturability throughout the product lifecycle.
Primary responsibilities include sustaining production, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions, qualifying new products and tester platforms, and supporting system integration and margin-improvement initiatives.
Experience Level
Senior - more than 3 years of experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing (Test Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or Product Engineering).
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include sustaining production, troubleshooting yield/test issues, and leading qualification or migration activities.
- Review low-yield production lots; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory and OSAT to resolve production issues and maintain flow.
- Execute sustaining activities to improve lot rejection rates, reduce EQA hold rates, and maintain SYL/SBL.
- Qualify and validate new products and support tester platform migrations.
- Drive gross-margin improvement initiatives focused on yield and test-cost reduction.
- Support system integration and production readiness activities.

Must-have
- More than 3 years' experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing in test/product engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of product test methodology for analog/digital/power products, failure analysis, reliability testing, and RCA.
- Proficiency with statistical data-analysis tools (for example, JMP, Spotfire).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact across levels and functions.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with module devices.
- Experience with Visual Basic or C++ programming.
- Experience with ATE tester platforms (e.g. Teradyne ETS364/Flex, Advantest).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field is required.
