Role Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-driven hyperscaler cloud and data center SoC programs. Provide technical and executive-level program leadership across cross-functional engineering, validation, qualification, and production release activities.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Typical background: 10–15 years professional experience (or 5–10 years with an advanced degree) with at least 7 years in semiconductor industry program management.

Responsibilities

Primary ownership and execution of complex, high-visibility programs.

• Manage full program lifecycle: planning, SoC design, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release.
• Coordinate and drive execution across matrixed cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, supply chain).
• Monitor and control schedule, budget, and resource utilization versus plan.
• Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of technical and program risks; lead mitigation planning.
• Serve as the primary internal and external communicator at technical and executive levels.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (posting cites 10–15 years professional experience). Alternatively, a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (posting cites 5–10 years experience).
