Job Title

Sr Manager, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Product Development Team Leader

Role Summary

Lead product introduction, ramp and high-volume production of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. Act as the technical program owner coordinating cross-functional teams including design, test, packaging, quality, manufacturing and supply chain to deliver low-power-per-bit memory products for ML/AI applications.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Role expects approximately 10+ years of engineering and product development experience with management or leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

Accountable for technical direction, program delivery and cross-functional integration for HBM products.

  • Define program requirements, success criteria and engineering commit deliverables; integrate with stage-gate processes.
  • Manage program schedule and deliverables; lead critical program reviews and present status to executives.
  • Drive technical decision-making and lead cross-functional technical forums to resolve issues and set the path forward.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate technical and program risks across the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate global teams for effective collaboration and execution across sites and partners.
  • Lead change initiatives to improve processes, team interactions and program outcomes.
  • Communicate engineering priorities, risks and status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and ensure accountability.

Requirements

Essential qualifications and skills for success in this role.

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in product development, design, yield enhancement, or related engineering roles, including management/leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead urgent, broad, cross-functional technical issues to resolution using collaborative approaches.
  • Experience with direct reporting lines and matrix management of distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated decision-making for complex technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for representation in executive and cross-functional reviews.
  • Ability to delegate tasks, set priorities, and drive team execution.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
