Role Summary
Member of the NAND product engineering team responsible for developing and qualifying test programs, characterization methods, and validation flows for NAND devices. The role focuses on improving test coverage, validating features on high‑speed tester hardware, performing failure analysis, and working with design, product and system teams to resolve device issues.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include developing test platforms, validating NAND functionality, and driving investigations to closure.
- Develop and enable alternate test platforms to improve coverage and reduce test cost.
- Create and maintain characterization and qualification test programs based on datasheets and customer specifications.
- Design test algorithms and implement programs to validate NAND features and commands.
- Perform functional and design validation of new NAND devices on high‑speed tester hardware.
- Monitor device performance during Assured Quality Level (AQL) testing for development and qualification.
- Conduct electrical failure analysis, investigate root causes, and collaborate with NAND Design, Application Engineering, Product and System teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve characterization and validation methodology to meet evolving customer requirements and higher data rates.
- Leverage AI and automation to accelerate program development and streamline work processes.
Requirements

- Coursework or practical experience in Python and C/C++ (required).
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics and data analytics/statistics (required).
- Experience developing test programs and algorithms for device validation.
- Hands-on experience with high‑speed tester hardware and functional/design validation.
- Experience performing electrical failure analysis and driving cross‑functional investigations.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Nice-to-have: experience with NAND flash technologies, automated test frameworks, and applying AI to test program automation.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering or a related field is specified. The posting also requires coursework or work experience in Python, C/C++, semiconductor physics, and data analytics/statistics.
