Senior CQE

Role Summary

Manage MPS and customer NPI quality processes for MPC products, including package/template development, supplier data and compliance, and execution of customer requirements across internal teams and suppliers.

Work with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and supply teams to ensure NPI quality deliverables and customer requirements are met.

Experience Level

Senior — guidance: 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include NPI quality control, customer data handling, supplier coordination, and reporting.

• Manage NPI quality processes: process control, stage deliverables, change management and data collection.
• Develop and maintain customer NPI packages and templates.
• Collect and review data for pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries.
• Support CQE teams with data analysis, corrective actions and customer complaint reporting.
• Manage material composition declaration rules and related database for new products.
• Collect new raw material supplier data and conduct compliance training.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to customers and management.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience (degree requirements are in Education Requirements below).

• Familiarity with IC quality practices and relevant industry standards.
• Statistical and engineering analysis skills to collaborate with engineers across functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong English communication skills, able to convey information clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with NPI, SMT, quality control, customer support and supplier management.
• Knowledge of FMEA, CP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, RMA, 8D reporting, and wafer/package characteristics.
• Experience with statistical tools such as Minitab.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics or a related field is required; the posting indicates 3–5 years of relevant experience. No specific certifications or equivalent-experience language were stated.
