Sr Associate Engineer - Reliability Lab
Role Summary
The Sr Associate Engineer in the Reliability Lab executes semiconductor reliability testing and supports laboratory operations. The role ensures test integrity, equipment uptime, and compliance with quality management systems in a controlled lab environment.

Senior β the posting requires approximately 2 years of semiconductor industry experience, with prior hands-on experience in a reliability or testing laboratory.
Responsibilities
Perform and support reliability test programs and ensure lab operations meet quality and safety standards.
- Execute reliability test plans (qualification, process reliability monitoring, engineering evaluations) and maintain traceable test records.
- Prepare test samples, set up and operate test equipment, monitor conditions, and troubleshoot equipment issues with engineering support.
- Collect, analyze, verify, and report test data; generate summaries for engineering review.
- Maintain lab equipment calibration, coordinate vendor servicing, and support uptime management.
- Ensure compliance with QMS standards (ISO 17025, IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and support internal/external audits and CAPA activities.
- Maintain lab safety, ESD controls, housekeeping, and documentation control (procedures, work instructions, test records).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and practical experience required for the role; preferred items listed separately.
- Minimum ~2 years of semiconductor industry experience with prior work in a reliability or testing laboratory (hands-on testing required).
- Strong understanding of reliability test concepts and semiconductor processes.
- Experience operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting lab/test equipment; familiarity with measurement system practices.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System practices and records management (ISO 17025, IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Ability to collect, analyze, and verify test data; generate accurate reports.
- Adherence to lab safety, ESD procedures, and documentation control practices.
- Good problem-solving and collaboration skills; ability to work with reliability and process engineers.

Preferred: experience with data visualization/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), exposure to reliability stress tests (HCI, TDDB, BTI), and familiarity with MSA or lab accreditation processes.
Education Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
