Role Summary
Senior/Staff-level applications engineer responsible for defining and debugging analog and digital IC products used in DC/DC and AC/DC power conversion and DrMOS applications. Develop application reference circuits and system-level power management solutions for computing, networking, server, and cloud markets.
Collaborate with design engineers, field applications teams, and marketing to drive product adoption and provide technical support. Position is onsite in Kirkland, WA.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and debug analog/digital IC products for power conversion and DrMOS applications.
- Design and validate application reference circuits and system-level power solutions for computing, networking, server, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with design engineers, field application teams, and marketing to support product development and launches.
- Prepare and maintain datasheets, application notes, and technical papers for conferences and publications.
- Provide technical support, training, and application guidance to key customers and field application engineers.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Proven experience with DC/DC and AC/DC converters, core power conversion topologies, and DrMOS applications.
- Experience developing application circuits and system-level power-management solutions for computing/networking/server/cloud markets.
- Strong debugging skills for analog and digital ICs and system-level troubleshooting.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills for datasheets, application notes, and customer-facing materials.
- Ability to provide customer support and deliver technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
