Role Summary

Work on high-power platform development and system-level validation for MPS IC products targeting AI data center applications. Collaborate with strategic partners, internal NPI, FAE, sales and marketing teams to define product requirements, validate designs, and resolve technical issues.

Experience Level

Senior level. The posting requests at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Core duties focus on platform builds, validation, product definition, support, and market engagement.

• Lead development of high-power platforms (AC/DC PSU and HV DC/DC) with partners.
• Perform system-level validation of MPS ICs against customer requirements for AI data center use cases.
• Define new product ideas and collaborate cross-functionally to set IC specifications for AI DC solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the FAE team for complex application issues.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and FAE to perform customer visits, technical seminars, product promotion, and market research.

Requirements

Must-have experience and skills needed for this role.

• Minimum 3 years experience with high-power product applications or PSU development.
• Experience in system-level validation and platform integration for power ICs.
• Technical troubleshooting and application support experience for field engineers.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing teams and to engage with customers.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Nice-to-have: server PSU experience, prior work on AI data center power systems, and NPI/project leadership experience.

Education Requirements

Master's degree or above is required. Field of study not specified and no explicit equivalent-experience clause provided.
