Role Summary

Responsible for developing and validating high-power platforms (AC/DC PSU and high-voltage DC/DC) for AI data center applications. Collaborates with strategic partners, NPI, and internal teams (FAE, Sales, Marketing) to define product requirements and resolve technical issues.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Primary duties center on platform build, system validation, product definition, and customer/field support.

• Develop high-power platforms with partners, focusing on AC/DC PSUs and high-voltage DC/DC designs.
• Perform system-level validation of MPS ICs on high-power platforms and map results to customer requirements for AI data center use cases.
• Define next-generation IC specifications based on market trends and customer needs.
• Provide technical escalation and troubleshooting support to the FAE team for complex application issues.
• Support market engagement: customer visits, technical seminars, product promotion, and market research with Marketing and Sales.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in high-power product applications or PSU development.
• Hands-on experience with high-power platforms (AC/DC PSU, HV DC/DC) or equivalent system-level validation experience.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Nice-to-have:

• Server PSU experience.
• Experience addressing AI data center power requirements or working with related customers.
• Experience with NPI and new product validation processes.

Education Requirements
