Role Summary

Lead development and validation of high-power platforms (AC/DC PSU and high-voltage DC/DC) for AI data center customers. Work with strategic partners on platform builds, define new product requirements, and support field applications engineers (FAE) on technical issues.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities focus on platform development, system validation, product definition, and technical/customer support.

• Establish high-power platforms with partners, focusing on AC/DC PSU and HV DC/DC designs.
• Perform system-level validation of MPS ICs on high-power platforms to meet customer requirements for AI data centers.
• Define next-generation IC specifications based on market trends and customer requirements; contribute to NPI activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the FAE team on complex application issues.
• Engage with Marketing, Sales, and FAE for customer visits, technical seminars, product promotion, and market research.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience for successful performance in this role.

• Minimum 3 years experience with high-power product applications or PSU development.
• Experience in system-level validation and NPI (new product introduction) processes.
• Proven troubleshooting and hands-on technical support skills for complex power designs.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on-site in Taipei and collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Nice-to-have: server PSU experience and prior work targeting AI data center power architectures.
