Role Summary
Coordinate and drive strategic programs and projects for Global Assembly & Test, partnering with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver on organizational priorities.
Own executive communications, program reporting, events, and multimedia content to improve alignment, transparency, and execution discipline across global sites.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategic programs aligned to Global Assembly & Test objectives.
- Drive delivery of IPP goals and priorities: Cost, Scale, Quality, Cycle Time, and People.
- Monitor operational progress, coordinate meetings, and report critical issues to the Senior VP to support decision-making.
- Align operational sites, central teams, and network PMOs to ensure execution of strategic priorities.
- Create executive‑ready presentations and shape strategic messages with strong visual storytelling.
- Plan and facilitate global summits, leadership reviews, and related event logistics and communications.
- Manage internal communications: newsletters, content curation, editing, and visual design.
- Coordinate multimedia production (video filming, editing) to support strategic initiatives.
- Integrate AI‑assisted tools responsibly to improve efficiency and share improvements across the organization.
Requirements
Must-have skills and preferred capabilities:
- Experience or understanding of Global Assembly & Test operations (preferred).
- Proven project and/or program management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical content into clear messages.
- Experience in corporate communications, event planning/management, or stakeholder engagement (preferred).
- Experience in multimedia production (video filming and software editing) (preferred).
- Baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy; experience with AI tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across global teams without formal authority.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
