Lead and manage internal business projects and cross-functional programs for Global Assembly & Test, driving work from planning through delivery. Responsibilities

Primary duties include planning, executing, and monitoring projects that span functional teams, with accountability for timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project resources and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets; report status to stakeholders.
  • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Engage, oversee, and coordinate external vendors and contractors when applicable.
  • Assign and direct analysis and program staff to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure alignment between project outcomes and organizational goals for Assembly & Test initiatives.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into project workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project or program management experience, including schedule and budget management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Vendor management experience and ability to oversee external contractors.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder reporting skills.
  • Baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in semiconductor assembly & test environments or related manufacturing programs.
  • Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP) or training.
  • Data analysis or process-improvement experience.
