Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project resources and priorities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets; report status to stakeholders.
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Engage, oversee, and coordinate external vendors and contractors when applicable.
- Assign and direct analysis and program staff to meet project objectives.
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and organizational goals for Assembly & Test initiatives.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into project workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

- Demonstrated project or program management experience, including schedule and budget management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Vendor management experience and ability to oversee external contractors.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder reporting skills.
- Baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in semiconductor assembly & test environments or related manufacturing programs.
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP) or training.
- Data analysis or process-improvement experience.
