Software Program Manager – Automotive Software
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex automotive software programs across NXP Automotive Product Lines (e.g., APS, IVN, DES, CoreRide for S32-based systems). Operate at the program/ART level to align multiple teams, sites, and partners and drive execution against business objectives, schedules, and quality targets.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead program-level planning and end-to-end delivery of automotive software releases.
- Coordinate technical delivery across multiple teams, sites, and external partners.
- Operate at ART/program level to run PI planning, ART coordination, and cross-team synchronization.
- Maintain schedule, visibility, and reporting of program milestones, risks, costs, and dependencies.
- Ensure releases meet automotive quality and compliance requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear program-level communication.
- Use program planning and tracking tools to measure progress and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
Must-have and nice-to-have qualifications:

Must-have: Proven program management experience delivering automotive software programs and coordinating distributed teams and partners.

Must-have: Practical experience with Agile/SAFe practices, including PI planning and ART coordination.

Must-have: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; experience using program planning and reporting tools (e.g., Excel-based planning).

Must-have: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk/cost/dependency control skills.
