Role Summary
This internship focuses on applying machine learning algorithms and large language models to thermal and IR-drop analysis for PCB, package, and chip designs.
The intern will work on designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging thermal-analysis and power-integrity analysis software, operating with independent judgment under general supervision.
Experience Level

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Apply machine learning algorithms and large language models to thermal and IR-drop analysis problems.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software for PCB/package/chip thermal analysis and power-integrity analysis.
- Analyze complex problems that require evaluation of ambiguous or intangible variance factors.
- Develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain reliable results; exercise independent judgment in technical work.
- Collaborate with team members and accept work direction or leadership as assigned.
