Role Summary

Develop and maintain tools, flows, and methodologies for the Power Thermal and Performance (PTP) Post-Silicon organization. Work with cross-functional engineers to improve software used for power, thermal, and performance validation and analysis.

Experience Level

Mid-level: approximately 2–4 years of professional software development experience.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on delivering reliable software tools and improving existing flows used in post-silicon power and performance validation.

• Design, implement, and maintain tools and automation for power/thermal/performance analysis.
• Drive CI/CD test automation and ensure software robustness through testing and continuous integration.
• Support and enhance existing flows to improve performance and developer efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define and deliver new solutions.
• Use version control and collaborative development practices.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience for immediate contribution.

• 2–4 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python or another mainstream programming language.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and software development environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: familiarity with Power, Thermal, and Performance (PTP) domain.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (including Computer Engineering or Software Engineering), or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
