Experience Level

Senior level. The posting requests approximately 5–8 years of digital verification experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include defining verification approaches and delivering verification environments and regressions.

  • Define verification architecture, strategy, and plans for digital blocks and SoC-level integration.
  • Develop and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments and testbenches.
  • Lead functional verification activities: test planning, simulation, coverage analysis, and closure.
  • Collaborate with RTL designers, firmware, and system teams to debug issues and close bugs.
  • Automate simulation flows and regression frameworks using scripting.
  • Mentor and coordinate verification engineers and review verification deliverables.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM for component and subsystem verification.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital verification (SoC/IP verification experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in C and Python for testbench utilities, scripting, and automation.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience with coverage-driven verification.
  • Experience integrating verification environments with CI/regression infrastructure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; experience leading verification tasks.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with emulation, formal verification, low-power verification techniques, or advanced verification tools.
