Role Summary
Design and lead digital verification solutions for SoC projects, owning verification architecture, strategy, and execution for complex IP and subsystem blocks. Work within a verification team and collaborate with RTL designers, firmware, and system teams to ensure functional correctness and coverage closure.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include defining verification approaches and delivering verification environments and regressions.
- Define verification architecture, strategy, and plans for digital blocks and SoC-level integration.
- Develop and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments and testbenches.
- Lead functional verification activities: test planning, simulation, coverage analysis, and closure.
- Collaborate with RTL designers, firmware, and system teams to debug issues and close bugs.
- Automate simulation flows and regression frameworks using scripting.
- Mentor and coordinate verification engineers and review verification deliverables.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM for component and subsystem verification.
- 5β8 years of experience in digital verification (SoC/IP verification experience preferred).
- Proficiency in C and Python for testbench utilities, scripting, and automation.
- Strong debugging skills and experience with coverage-driven verification.
- Experience integrating verification environments with CI/regression infrastructure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; experience leading verification tasks.
- Nice-to-have: experience with emulation, formal verification, low-power verification techniques, or advanced verification tools.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering (Ingegneria Elettronica) is specified in the source posting.
