Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate activities required for successful ASIC/SoC development and tape-out.
- Manage ASIC/IP development lifecycle and program schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, Physical Design, and related disciplines.
- Track and report milestones, metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
- Implement change control, development reviews, and program governance.
- Manage program risks and ensure timely communication of critical information to stakeholders.
- Interface with foundry and operations to support production readiness and issue resolution.
Requirements
Core skills and experience required or strongly preferred.
- Must have experience in ASIC lifecycle development and managing complex semiconductor programs.

- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to synchronize and motivate program managers, marketing, and engineering leads to achieve common goals.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Nice to have: experience interfacing with foundry and operations.
Education Requirements
