SoC Program Manager
Role Summary
Manage end-to-end program execution for complex SoC/ASIC devices, ensuring schedule, performance, power and cost targets from program conception through commercial sample release. Work within a cross-functional engineering organization and report program status and risks to senior management.

Responsibilities
Accountabilities and day-to-day activities for this role include:
- Manage the ASIC/IP development lifecycle from scoping through tape-out and commercial sample release.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, Physical Design, marketing and operations) to meet program objectives.
- Maintain and update program schedules, milestones, and metrics; prepare regular roll-ups and reports for senior management.
- Identify, track and mitigate technical, schedule, and resourcing risks; implement risk mitigation plans.
- Implement and enforce change control, development reviews, and other product development processes.
- Interface with foundry and operations as required to support tape-outs and production readiness.
- Use planning and reporting tools to produce project plans, status reports, and executive presentations.
