SoC Logic Design Engineer
Join the SoC Logic Design Engineering team within Intel's Xeon Engineering Group to design and integrate SoC components and IP for next-generation Xeon server products. You will implement RTL, integrate IP blocks, and work with validation, physical design, and architecture teams to meet performance, power, and timing goals.
This role supports a hybrid work model and contributes to server SoC development for enterprise computing.
Entry-level β 0β1 years of hands-on experience (college graduate / early career).
Primary responsibilities include RTL development, integration, verification support, and cross-team collaboration.
Must-have technical skills and experience for immediate contribution.
Nice-to-have:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (with 0β1 years of hands-on SoC logic experience via internships, projects, or coursework) OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with no prior professional experience. Academic coursework and projects in IC/SoC design are explicitly referenced as relevant. Equivalent practical experience is considered where noted.
