SoC Design Engineer
Role Summary
Design digital subsystems and top-level integration for MCU/MPU SoCs focused on security and connectivity for IoT, edge, and automotive applications. Support IP design and SoC verification, and work with architecture, power and timing teams to meet performance and quality targets.
Role is based in Tianjin (Teda).

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Architect and implement SoC subsystems and top-level integration for MCU/MPU products.
- Develop and maintain digital RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL and support IP design.
- Perform SoC quality checks and verification flows such as LINT, CDC, RDC, and CLP.
- Support SoC verification and integration activities.
- Collaborate with architecture, power, and timing teams to meet product targets.
- Contribute to design methodology improvements and automation.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred skills:
- Proficiency with Verilog, SystemVerilog and/or VHDL for design or verification.
- Solid understanding of SoC digital design and verification flows.
- Proficiency in C for embedded development and verification tasks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills for global projects.
- Nice to have: experience with AI-related development.
- Nice to have: familiarity with ARM architecture or AMBA protocols.
Education Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
