SMTS Verification Engineer

Role Summary

Lead verification of SMTS hardware and firmware components by developing verification plans, building testbenches, executing regressions, and driving closure of verification deliverables. Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning and executing verification activities and collaborating with design and firmware teams to ensure product quality.

• Develop verification plans and test strategies derived from specifications.
• Implement SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches and verification components.
• Create and maintain automated regression suites and run infrastructure.
• Perform RTL/firmware debug, root-cause analysis, and report defects.
• Collect, analyze, and drive coverage closure; maintain verification metrics.
• Support lab bring-up, emulation, and FPGA prototyping as needed.
• Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, firmware engineers, and validation teams.
