Role Summary
Join the Conformal R&D team in Hsinchu to design and implement formal verification technologies used by semiconductor customers. The role focuses on algorithm and tool development across backend engines and user interfaces, with close collaboration across global R&D and field teams.
Work involves high-performance algorithms, formal engines, automation, and UI workflows to enable scalable and accurate design verification.

Responsibilities
The core responsibilities include algorithm and software development, integration with other EDA flows, debugging customer issues, and improving automation and UX.
- Design and implement core algorithms, data models, software components, and user interfaces for Conformal products.
- Create intuitive UI workflows to make formal technologies accessible and efficient for users.
- Perform rapid prototyping and iterative refinement across UI and backend components.
- Develop and integrate agent-based or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automation.
- Debug and resolve complex customer design issues, including large-scale SoCs and hierarchical designs.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to integrate Conformal with Genus, Innovus, LEC, and Cerebrus flows.
- Work with field teams to reproduce customer use cases and deliver robust solutions.
Requirements

Must-have: Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with large-scale software systems, performance optimization, and complex debugging.
