SMTS Device Modeling & Characterization
Senior engineering role within the Ultra-Low-Power CMOS modeling team in Bengaluru focused on development and characterization of compact (SPICE) models for FDSOI, FinFET and Bulk MOSFET technologies used in Process Design Kits (PDKs).
The role leads model development and characterization projects, coordinates device measurements, performs model-to-hardware correlation, and supports cross-functional and consortia activities.
