Role Summary

12-month, full-time in-office apprenticeship supporting the Mixed-Signal Verification team in Bengaluru. The apprentice will develop and maintain productivity utilities and automation to streamline simulation and verification flows.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on scripting, simulation support, and process improvements within engineering teams.

Experience Level

Entry-level apprenticeship / intern. Intended for recent graduates with limited professional experience.

Responsibilities

Primary tasks and day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement productivity utilities for the verification team.
• Automate simulation-related project support activities and verification flows.
• Create and optimize scripts to address simulation bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify process improvements and apply solutions.
• Share knowledge and contribute to continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

Must-have skills and eligibility criteria:

• Strong programming ability in at least one of Python or C/C++ for automation scripting.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication; willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Not currently employed in a full-time role; limited prior internship experience is acceptable.
• Available to start June or July 2026 and commit to a 12-month, full-time in-office apprenticeship in Bengaluru.

Education Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field. Open only to fresh graduates from the class of 2024 or 2025. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in, nor have completed, an M.Tech program or a postgraduate diploma.
