Role Summary
Lead end-to-end silicon validation hardware programs from initial board design through factory builds, field deployment, and ongoing support. This individual contributor role sits inside Hardware Program Management and is embedded in the chip development process to deliver validation hardware on schedule.

Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate the program lifecycle for validation hardware; drive schedules, technical alignment, and delivery across teams.
- Define program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for validation hardware.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, manufacturing, validation) to resolve technical dependencies and blockers.
- Oversee board design reviews, fabrication readiness, bring-up, factory builds, and field deployment activities.
- Manage risks, escalations, and change control to meet aggressive timelines.
- Support post-silicon validation efforts and provide ongoing hardware support to validation engineers.
- Maintain program documentation and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.

- Demonstrated program or project management experience delivering complex, multi-functional hardware programs.
- Practical understanding of the hardware development and board design lifecycle (specification, schematic review, fabrication, bring-up, production).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills without direct authority.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to dig into technical details to identify and resolve blockers.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in semiconductor, silicon validation, or systems engineering environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation labs.
Education Requirements
BS in Engineering or a related field is required. Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management is expected.
