Product Engineer
Role Summary
Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on automotive new silicon and product development and qualification from early definition through production. Develop and support test solutions, execute characterization and qualification activities, and support production partners to meet automotive quality and cost targets.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on automotive silicon/product development and qualification across all phases from definition to production.
- Develop and support test solutions with Test Engineering from early phases to production, targeting test time and cost objectives.
- Execute device characterization, sampling, and qualification activities.
- Reduce overall test cost while maintaining production quality and meeting automotive low-PPM requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams.
- Support production test partners (fab, manufacturing, foundry, test houses) as required.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong synthesis and analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, teamwork, and diligence.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with semiconductor test engineering, product qualification, or automotive production test processes.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Communications, Automation (or related technical field) as stated in the posting.
