Silicon AI Co-pilot Product Manager
Role Summary
Lead product strategy and deployment of AI-driven tools and processes to improve MCU and semiconductor development productivity, quality, and competitiveness. Work within a newly formed AI enablement organization in the Manufacturing department to design, pilot, and scale AI-based development environments and workflows across global development sites.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Define and execute AI adoption strategy to improve MCU development productivity, quality, and competitiveness.
- Discover challenges in design, verification, evaluation, documentation, review, and knowledge sharing; propose AI-based solutions and new development processes.
- Plan technology strategy and roadmaps to shorten development time, reduce engineering effort, and improve design quality.
- Design and build next-generation development environments that allow designers to focus on creative work.
- Drive implementation of Generative AI, AI agents, and knowledge management systems to reform development processes.
- Lead global development reform activities in coordination with domestic and international sites.
- Define the target future state for microcontroller development processes and environments and work to realize it.
Requirements
Required and preferred experience and skills.
- Must-have (one or more of): experience in MCU, SoC, ASIC or other semiconductor product development; experience using AI for business/process transformation, productivity improvement, or DX; organization or project management; problem analysis and driving improvement initiatives; experience leading change across functions.
- Nice-to-have: hands-on use of Generative AI or AI agents; experience with design methodology, design automation or EDA tools; experience driving development process or environment reform; building knowledge-management platforms; experience in global development organizations.
