SI/PI Tech Project Manager
Role Summary
Lead engineering teams designing flip-chip BGA packages, PCBs, and system channel links for high-performance ASICs with high-speed SerDes and high power-delivery requirements. Manage technical execution, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination across a worldwide R&D organization focused on AI, networking, HPC, and 5G systems.

Responsibilities
Manage technical execution and team operations to deliver multiple concurrent package and PCB designs.
- Plan, track, and report scope, schedule, and resources for 20+ concurrent package/PCB projects.
- Assign work, understand team members' skills, and optimize productivity and retention.
- Organize team and customer activities to keep projects on schedule.
- Communicate status, next steps, and technical risks clearly and regularly to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical methodologies for signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams (including co-design activities).

Must-have: Experience with SI/PI EDA extractions and simulations, system-level SerDes channel results, and lab measurements (passive and active) with measurement correlation.
