Shift DRAM Process Integration Engineer

Role Summary

Support DRAM development engineers by building process flows, developing modules to improve yield, performing data acquisition and analysis, and preparing evaluation reports within a shift-based manufacturing development environment.

Position operates at Micron's Hiroshima Fab 15 and coordinates with engineering teams, labs, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of development lots.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor progress and manage prioritization of development lots.
• Prepare measurement processes, acquire data, organize results, and generate reports.
• Perform visual inspections and SEM-based wafer observations; compile evaluation findings.
• Respond promptly to abnormalities and support recovery activities.
• Retrieve wafers and coordinate delivery to the lab.
• Work under a four-days-on, four-days-off shift schedule.

Requirements

• Knowledge of or practical experience with semiconductor processes or devices.
• Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese with internal and external stakeholders.
