SG PD Photolithography Process Development Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and optimize photolithography processes for advanced Replacement Gate 3D NAND at Micron's Singapore Fab 10N/X. Work on R&D, process integration, yield improvement and technology transfer in cross-functional and global teams.
Apply algorithmic and experimental methods, including AI, to accelerate process development and enable manufacturing-ready solutions.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities focus on photolithography process development, integration, and technology adoption to meet yield, quality, and cost goals.
- Develop, optimize and integrate lithography processes for advanced 3D NAND parts.
- Apply AI and data-driven algorithms to accelerate process development and deploy models for manufacturing improvements.
- Quantify benefits of process and equipment innovations and enable early experimentation and adoption.
- Prioritize technical R&D work for the Singapore photolithography team and drive cross-functional problem solving.
- Collaborate with global R&D peers (including Boise) on technology adaptation and cost optimization for upcoming nodes.
- Perform fundamental research, hardware evaluations, and testing for novel process applications; generate intellectual property.
- Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
- Provide technical counsel to management and lead high-impact projects through patents and technical publications.
- Ensure strict adherence to company intellectual property protection policies.

Education Requirements
