Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery and customer engagement for PCB/EDM services.

• Collaborate with account teams and technical leads to identify opportunities and support sales campaigns.
• Capture customer objectives through structured intake and discovery processes.
• Lead technical scoping and translate requirements into effort estimates and proposals.
• Create and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee project execution, manage dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and enforce quality standards.
• Implement project governance, track KPIs, and deliver status, risk, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans and escalate when needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact to maintain satisfaction and drive contract renewals.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and metrics.

Requirements

• Experience managing cloud-based solutions, SaaS deployments, or managed services in the EDA or PCB domain.
• Strong project governance skills and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Customer-focused with a record of successful engagements and measurable customer satisfaction/renewals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and commercial teams.

Education Requirements
