Design and implement high-performance, energy-efficient cache and fabric RTL for next-generation CPU cores. Work across architecture, physical design, and verification teams to deliver synthesizable Verilog, meet timing targets, and ensure manufacturability.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Architect and implement cache and fabric RTL targeting high-performance CPU cores.
- Develop synthesizable RTL in Verilog HDL and drive design through synthesis and timing closure.
- Collaborate with CPU/cache architects, physical design, and verification teams across global locations.
- Optimize microarchitecture for performance, power, and area; identify and resolve timing and manufacturability issues.
- Participate in design reviews, integration, and post-silicon debug activities as needed.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 3+ years of hardware/RTL design experience (as stated in posting).
- Experience writing synthesizable RTL in Verilog HDL and delivering production-quality RTL.
- Demonstrated experience with timing optimization and working with physical design flows.
- Experience collaborating with architects, physical design, and verification teams on complex designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear written/verbal communication.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CS), or a closely related technical field (BS/MS in ECE/CS as specified in posting).
