Role Summary

Join the Solutions Engineering team to verify and validate subsystems that integrate Arm IP for IoT, mobile and infrastructure applications. The role focuses on ensuring correct functional behavior while optimising power, performance and area.

You will collaborate with architecture, design, verification, performance analysis and implementation teams across regions to deliver system-level verification for product projects.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for system and subsystem verification work across multiple Arm IPs and product segments.

• Develop and execute verification plans, testbenches and test cases for subsystems integrating Arm IP.
• Perform functional verification, debug failures, and track issues to closure.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, performance analysis and implementation teams and with IP owners.
• Contribute to achieving project goals for power, performance and area.
• Maintain and improve verification environments, scripting and automation.
• Participate in design and verification reviews; mentor and be supported by assigned mentors as needed.

Must-have

• Practical experience in hardware or software development.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM or strong understanding of object-oriented verification concepts.
• Familiarity with embedded C, assembly, compilers, or basic scripting (Perl/TCL/Python).
• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, Makefiles and version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of Verilog or VHDL and microprocessor or complex system design verification.

Education Requirements

Graduated from a university or engineering school in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronic / Electrical Engineering or a related field (degree-level education in these fields is specified in the posting).
