Senior Test Engineer
Join Microsoft SCHIE's Compute Silicon & Manufacturing Engineering (CSME) team to support manufacturing readiness, test, and yield for cloud compute chips. Required: One of the following or equivalent practical experience—Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 1+ years technical engineering experience; OR Master’s degree in those fields plus 4+ years; OR Bachelor’s degree in those fields plus 5+ years; OR equivalent experience. Candidates must be able to satisfy export-control eligibility checks; as a condition of employment Microsoft will verify citizenship or lawful residency (passport or other approved documents) for assessment of access to export-controlled information.
