Role Summary

Senior contributor representing Qualcomm in semiconductor standards forums with a primary focus on RISC-V ISA, processor architecture, microarchitecture and related standards. Work cross-functionally to define standards strategy, engage external partners and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include technical leadership in standards development and cross-organizational coordination.

• Represent Qualcomm as a delegate in standards organizations and forums (e.g., RISC-V, CHIPS Alliance, JEDEC, ISO/IEC, IEEE, etc.).

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of RISC-V ISA, processor architecture and microarchitecture; experience with CPU/core design, modeling or testing (the posting cites ~2+ years CPU experience as a baseline).
• Experience with processor core and system compliance, certification, modeling and verification.
• ASIC design, verification or related semiconductor development experience (posting references ~3+ years in relevant roles or equivalent experience).
