Role Summary

Owner of program outcomes across multiple silicon programs from architecture engagement through tape-out and silicon correlation. Partner with architecture, silicon, systems, software, operations, and product teams to drive delivery, remove blockers, and improve execution models across programs.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Typically 10+ years in technical or engineering organizations with at least 5 years owning multiple complex programs concurrently.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery, align cross-functional teams, manage risk, and improve program execution processes.

• Own schedules, dependencies, and delivery commitments across multiple programs from architecture through tape-out and silicon correlation.
• Manage schedule headroom, surface resource constraints early, and be accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Prioritize and steer engineering teams; sequence work and remove blockers to keep programs on schedule.
• Act as primary alignment layer across silicon, systems, software, operations, and product to catch misalignments early.
• Translate technical risk into decision-ready options and escalate appropriately for leadership action.
• Identify operational failures and implement durable process and operating-model improvements for successor programs.

Requirements

Must-have experience and capabilities to successfully run complex silicon programs.

Must-have:

• 10+ years in technical or engineering organizations, with at least 5 years in program management owning multiple complex programs concurrently (semiconductor, hardware, or complex systems preferred).
• Working understanding of silicon design cycles, verification, and productization sufficient to understand tradeoffs and sense integration risk.
• Ability to operate across silicon–system–software boundaries and drive resolution of integration risks.
• Strong analytical skills: quantify risk, define program-health metrics, and use data to predict slip early.
• Proven track record delivering fast development cycles under uncertainty and high visibility; creates transparency and order from ambiguity.
• Practical experience using AI/tools to improve program workflows and automation of status/risk tracking.
• Clear, concise, audience-appropriate communication.

Nice-to-have:

• Engineering background with hands-on technical experience used to steer programs.
• Built program execution models or methodologies that continued in use after transition.
• Experience deploying AI-powered program management tools in production for automated status, risk flagging, or dependency tracking.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is stated (or equivalent experience). Master's degree is listed as a plus. The posting allows equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree.
