Senior Technical Program Manager, Sensor IQ

Role Summary

Lead cross-functional programs to deliver image quality features for NVIDIA's Tegra platform by coordinating internal Image Quality and software teams with ecosystem partners and customers. Ensure image sensor integration, imaging pipelines, and AI-driven processing meet product and customer requirements.

Experience Level

Senior β€” typically 8+ years of software development experience with proven technical program management or engineering management experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and drive image quality programs across internal teams and external partners.

  • Lead image quality initiatives across internal IQ and software teams, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, sensor partners, and module suppliers.
  • Gather customer requirements, identify risks, scope work, and build integrated project plans across distributed teams and companies.
  • Drive execution, manage program risks, monitor schedules, and perform bug lifecycle management.
  • Communicate program status horizontally and vertically; host regular cross-team meetings and align priorities.
  • Apply GenAI/agentic AI techniques to improve program management processes and automation.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Key qualifications and skills required for this role.

  • Minimum 8 years of software development experience and proven experience as a technical program manager or engineering manager.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers, partners, and large external organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and ability to translate requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
  • Solid knowledge of program and project management principles, including practical use of GenAI/agentic AI for PM tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams and coordinate cross-company programs.
  • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with imaging pipelines and image sensor/hardware integration.
  • Nice-to-have: detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field β€” or equivalent practical experience.
