Senior Technical Program Integration Manager - SATAS Program
Role Summary
Lead program integration and operations for the Semiconductor Assembly Test Automation Standardization (SATAS) program. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Intel (U.S. and Japan), equipment suppliers, and external partners to maintain program cadence, dashboarding, milestones, and pilot-line readiness.

- Own SATAS program execution cadence: weekly syncs, Intel SATAS synergy meetings, pre-reads, minutes, and action follow-up.
- Maintain integrated program artifacts: execution dashboard, milestone tracker, dependency map, action register, risk/issues log, and decision log.
- Coordinate cross-swimlane integration across process cells, testers/handlers, AMHS, automation stack, infrastructure, and pilot-line integration.
- Translate technical swimlane status into program-level risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and escalations.
- Support pilot-line readiness planning with equipment, automation, process engineering, systems integration, safety, and facilities teams.
- Drive sustainability activities: energy consumption measurement, reduction targets, waste reduction metrics, and integration into program plans.
- Prepare concise program updates, executive summaries, and review materials for leadership and stakeholders.
