Senior System Integration and Feature Validation Engineer
NVIDIAJob Title
Senior System Integration and Feature Validation Engineer
Role Summary
Join NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group on the System Features and System Integration teams to own feature integration, validation, debugging, and productization for GPU, CPU, client and SoC products. The role focuses on resolving multi-team feature failures that affect boot, clocks, DVFS, system controllers, pstates, and other hardware-software interactions.
This position requires cross-disciplinary judgment across architecture, silicon, firmware, drivers, and platforms to ensure product quality and timely releases.
Experience Level
Senior - typically requires 5+ years of post-silicon bring-up, system integration, or feature validation experience.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end integration, validation, and productization of system features and infrastructure. Typical duties include:
- Own integration and product development for system features: boot, clocks, DVFS, performance/power controllers, and related circuits.
- Lead debugging and root-cause analysis for cross-stack issues spanning silicon, firmware, drivers, and platform; deliver productized fixes and reusable workarounds.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows for validation, debug, and triage with measurable impact on cycle time, coverage, or escape rate.
- Support silicon bring-up, feature deployment, GPU/SoC qualification, PVT stress and stability testing, and lab debug.
- Develop tools, scripts, and infrastructure to improve validation, productization, and overall team efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams across architecture, ASIC, firmware, driver, software, and bring-up organizations.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience (degrees moved to Education Requirements below):
- 5+ years of experience in post-silicon bring-up, system integration, or feature design and validation for released GPU, CPU, or SoC products; demonstrated delivery of a finalized fix for a vague cross-team feature failure.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of hardware, firmware, and software interaction, including board and system development, DVFS, control loops, SI/PI, timing, clocking, high-speed I/O, PVT, and thermal; proven hands-on lab-debug experience.
- Practical knowledge of GPU, CPU, or SoC architectures in at least one domain (PC, datacenter, or automotive) and experience leading multi-team efforts to resolve unclear issues.
- Proven experience designing or scaling AI-enabled validation/debug tools with team adoption and measurable impact; ability to define safe guardrails and understand tool limitations.
- Nice-to-have: history of reusable feature-integration methodology, debug playbooks, validation frameworks adopted by other teams; subsystem expertise in DVFS, boot/clock/reset, power controllers, high-speed I/O, or thermal; experience partnering across engineering hubs; deployment of agentic or ML-based debug assistants at team scale.
Education Requirements
BTech / BE or MTech / ME in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
