Job Title

Senior Subsystem & SoC Design Engineer

Role Summary

Work on specification, RTL development and integration of subsystems and reference-platform designs within Arm's Front End design team. Deliver RTL and design-intent artifacts, integrate IP, and collaborate with verification and implementation teams to produce SoC subsystems for automotive, mobile and cloud AI markets.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The posting does not specify a required number of years, but the role expects senior experience appropriate for subsystem and SoC design.

Accountable for specification, RTL delivery, integration and verification support for subsystems and testchips.

  • Develop RTL using SystemVerilog/Verilog and produce design-intent deliverables (SDC, UPF).
  • Integrate internal and third-party IP into subsystem designs.
  • Perform static design checks and support synthesis and CDC/power analysis.
  • Write micro-architecture specification sections and other technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with verification to review test plans and debug design issues; work with implementation teams to optimise designs.
  • Plan work, track progress and report status to ensure timely delivery.
