Role Summary
Work on product development and provide engineering support for high-volume manufacturing of SSD products. Lead and execute failure analysis, yield evaluation, and data-driven problem resolution from NPI through HVM.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support SSD product development and sustain high-volume manufacturing operations.
- Perform SSD failure analysis from NPI to HVM stages.
- Evaluate manufacturing yield and perform statistical/data analysis to identify trends and root causes.
- Conduct detailed electrical and physical failure analysis and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot customer returns and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.

- Must-have: Experience in failure analysis, manufacturing yield evaluation, and data analysis.
- Must-have: Proficiency in programming for tooling and analysis (C, C++, Python, Perl).
- Must-have: Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity and analysis workflows.
- Must-have: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Nice-to-have: Relevant experience in the SSD industry and familiarity with computer hardware and storage interfaces (SATA, SAS).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
